THE MOTOR VEHICLE COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES RULES

[Legal Notice 229 of 1965, Legal Notice 16 of 1985]

1.	These Rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Components and Accessories Rules.

2.	Every application for the grant or renewal of a licence under section 6(2) of the Act shall be in Form A set out in the First Schedule to these Rules.

3.	Every licence granted or renewed under section 7 of the Act shall be in Form B set out in the First Schedule to these Rules.

4.	The notice board required by section 10 of the Act to be displayed shall be displayed on the exterior of the licensed premises and adjacent to the main entrance thereto; and the writing on the notice board shall be of a height of not less than four inches.

5.	The register required to be kept under section 11(1) of the Act shall be in Form C set out in the First Schedule to these Rules.

6.	The record required to be kept under section 12(1) of the Act shall be in Form D or Form E set out in the First Schedule to these Rules, as the case may require.

7.	Every variation of a licence shall be in Form F set out in the First Schedule to these Rules.

8.	The fees specified in the Second Schedule to these Rules shall be payable under the Act.
